Garlic Recipe Roundup

In preparation for our cooking demonstration at the Long Island Garlic Festival this week, we decided to round up some of our favorite garlic themed posts. Hopefully you’ll come stop by and check it out!  If you’re not nearby enough to come watch us cook and listen to us talk though, you can still make some garlicky food this weekend to celebrate all things garlic with us in spirit.

Not really a recipe, but important garlic cooking knowledge. Knowing how to roast garlic opens up other culinary doors.

Tea Time: Garlic Tea

If you come to the festival this weekend you’ll get to watch us make this live. You should probably bookmark this recipe since cold season will be starting soon. You can also check out Garlic Green Tea if you’d like.

Quick Recipe: Garlic Naan

This is the recipe we demoed at the Garlic Festival last year and it was a big hit. Fun fact: We had to make it so many times last year, between making naan to give out as samples and then cooking it at the demos themselves that we actually haven’t made it since because we got so tired of doing so. Maybe now that a year has passed we can make it again.
