PCFG Erik has been making protein coffee a few times a week the past couple of months. Now that it's getting warm out the switch has been made to iced protein coffee, and boy oh boy was it a hit. Even PCFG Meg almost liked it!Camping breakfast. 🥞Remember the pie we shared in our stories a few days ago? Surprise! It's a taco pie! Topped with sour cream and homemade guacamole and pico de gallo, it was delicious! Definitely getting added into the recipe rotation. We bought these baby cauliflowers from @giuntasmeatfarms and thought they'd be perfect for tempura and we were right! They came out looking so pretty and springy and bonus - they were delicious! We added them to a teriyaki rice bowl for dinner.Happy Easter everyone! These are the eggs we dyed this year using red cabbage, beets, tumeric, and dried chili peppers. If you want to give natural egg dyeing a try, we have the instructions on the blog! The time had come to use the Easter pasta we got from @aldiusa . We used it to make broccoli mac & cheese. The broccoli helped us pretend it was healthy. 😅Like Us On Facebook!
