Smoothie Sunday: Mango Cherry Smoothie

I found myself with some cherries and decided I wanted to make a smoothie with them.  At first I wasn’t sure what to combine them with, but I decided that mango with cherries seemed like it’d be yummy.  And thus the mango cherry smoothie was born.  And yes, it is yummy.


What you’ll need

Mango Cherry Smoothie:

  • 1 mango, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup of cherries, pitted
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar to taste

Add the first 4 ingredients to your blender.  Blend until smooth.  Add salt and sugar to taste.  Pulse to combine.  Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
